I want to formally thank you for the exemplary care that you delivered to me during my hospital stay. From the beginning of the admission on January 20 until discharge, every interaction has been where my wife and I feel satisfied that we are truly being cared for with compassion.
We also feel we were being treated as a person, from the heart! As a nurse of more than 34 years, I know what it takes and when the hospital management or staff don't care! Unfortunately, many healthcare institutions are only a business, cold and calculated. You really stand out from the rest!
We are more than satisfied and would recommend anyone without hesitation.

We connected with some staff and hope our friendship continues... people like Gregory and Ting.

They were warm, compassionate, and helpful.

We also loved all the nursing staff. Great job!!!! Five stars to all!!

"Like many older men, I had a few aches and pains that I self-treated with Tylenol or tried to completely ignore, saying it would probably be gone tomorrow. Then, last year, I finally went to Ratchaphruek Hospital for a complete physical check-up, my first in 7 years.

Such a simple but thorough process with results the following day. The issues identified were alarming. Unlike my home country, where an appointment with a specialist may take weeks or months, the hospital had me booked for the following day.

Just 3 days later I was in surgery to remove a large stone in the bladder followed days later by a second surgery unblocking the urethra, which could cause serious kidney issues.

My deepest appreciation goes to Dr. Tosapol and the fantastic nursing team in Ward 12, with only 4 nights in the hospital and 10 days to normal activities. I have a new outlook on my health especially on the importance of early detection."

"The Hospital is clean and inviting. Each time I visit, the nurse rep, Ting, and sometimes Gregory, have always been there to introduce themselves and were always on hand if any issues arose. They even visited me in my hospital room, which makes it good.
All staff on Ward 12 were excellent. Although we sometimes had to use Google Translate, we all understood what was needed or what was happening.

For me, it is 100% the best hospital in the KK area and one of the best I have been to in Thailand.
Big thanks to Ting and Greg, all staff on ward 12 and my urology doctor who spoke perfect English and understood me and explained things I could appreciate…. 10/10"
