Especially when you are worried about your health. Our Advocates provide language support and personalized care through your journey to wellness. Our multilingual advocacy team is equipped with diverse language skills to facilitate clear and smooth communication, ensuring that any potential confusion or stress is swiftly resolved.
Whether you're navigating the hospital before, during, or after your visit, our Advocates are committed to adding a personal touch to make your experience at Ratchaphruek Hospital comfortable, pleasant, and tailored to your needs. They are here to manage the details so you can concentrate on your recovery.
Your journey with a Patient Advocate may begin even as you prepare for departure to Khon Kaen. Alternatively, they will warmly welcome you upon your arrival in the city or at the hospital.
