Available Packages Menopause 1 Package Price: 8,800 baht Description: This package includes a series of basic screenings tailored for menopausal health needs. Golden Age 2 Package Price: 10,290 baht Description: An expanded screening package that provides additional tests for comprehensive assessment during the golden years. Effective Period These packages are available from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024. Eligibility Age Requirement: Female service recipients aged 45 years and over, or women whose menstruation ends before age 40. Specific Conditions: Also applicable for women who have undergone surgical removal of both ovaries before menopause. Preparation for Service Fasting Required: Please ensure you get enough rest and abstain from eating or drinking anything (except water) for 6-8 hours before your scheduled health checkup. Terms and Conditions Self-Pay: These prices are applicable only for service recipients who pay themselves; these rates are not applicable with any insurance. Additional Tests: If you choose to check additional items besides the above programs, the examination fee will be charged at the hospital's normal price. Cancellation of Tests: In the case of excluding certain examinations, the hospital reserves the right to charge the full price as a lump sum payment according to the program.
